NPE is an ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified company. Quality here is not a certificate on the wall — it is the build standard every switchboard leaves against, and the environmental discipline the workshop runs on.

Build standards

• ✓LV switchboard assemblies designed and verified to IEC 61439-1 & 2
• ✓Form II, III and IV (Type 6) internal separation, matched to service-continuity needs
• ✓Ingress protection from IP 41 to IP 65 to suit the installed environment
• ✓Earth leakage protection configurable from 0–500 mA
• ✓Sheet steel enclosures at 1.5–2 mm, or to client specification

How quality is enforced

Every custom build passes routine verification before dispatch: insulation and continuity tests, torque checks against schedule, functional testing of every protective and control device, and a documented factory acceptance test the client can witness. Non-conformances stop the board — not the paperwork.

In service

Compliance does not end at handover. We support periodic inspection and testing in line with the KS/IEC regime for the installation category, offer thermographic surveys on critical boards, and hold maintenance schedules on the client’s behalf. Utility and regulatory requirements — metering seals, connection standards, generator paralleling rules — are engineered in from the design stage.

Documentation you can audit

Each board ships with its drawings, device schedules, test records and operating instructions. When your auditor, insurer or utility asks how the installation was built, the answer is a file, not a memory.
