The team behind the panels

NPE is engineers, technicians and product specialists working under one roof at Baricho Road. The person who designs your switchboard can walk to the bay where it is being assembled, and the service engineer who commissions it can pull the build records from the same office. That closeness is deliberate — it is how quality problems get caught early and how knowledge compounds.

How we are organised

• ✓Testing & quality control — routine tests, inspection and factory acceptance before anything ships

• ✓Product & trading — specialists who match components to applications at the counter and on tender

Competence and safety

Everyone who touches an energised system works under our safe-isolation and permit discipline, with the PPE and rated test equipment the fault level demands. Product training is continuous — comprehensive product knowledge is part of the job description here, not an extra.

A bench that renews itself

Experienced hands supervise apprentices and graduate trainees on real builds, because the next generation of Kenyan switchgear engineers has to come from somewhere. Many of our senior people started exactly that way.
