Overview

When a board has tripped, failed or been damaged, service work has to be methodical. We fault-find, repair or replace, then re-commission and prove the board before it carries load again.

Where components are obsolete we identify current equivalents so the board can stay in service instead of being replaced wholesale.

Information To Get Started

Photographs of the board, rating plate and any damage

Fault description, alarms and time of occurrence

Single line diagram and protection settings if held

Isolation arrangement and whether load can be transferred

Breaker failure, relay malfunction or blown protection device

Changeover no longer transferring cleanly to standby supply
