Panel Design & Manufacture

We design and assemble low voltage panels to order: main distribution boards, motor control centres, PCC feeders and control panels, built around your single line diagram rather than a standard enclosure.

Every assembly leaves the workshop with general arrangement drawings, device schedules and routine test records, so consultants can approve and electricians can terminate without guesswork.

What We Cover

  • Panel design from your SLD, load schedule and fault level
  • Busbar sizing, discrimination study and form of separation selection
  • Assembly, wiring, ferruling and routine testing in the workshop
  • Delivery with GA drawings, schedules and as-built documentation
