Star-Delta is economical for motors starting with low load torque. Soft starters provide smooth mechanical acceleration and prevent water hammer in pumps without speed control. VFDs are required when continuous speed control, flow modulation, or high energy efficiency under partial load is necessary.
Yes. We integrate Lovato floatless level control relays (LVM series) with stainless steel electrode sensors or current-monitoring underload relays to detect pump cavitation and dry-well conditions instantaneously.
We manufacture MCCs in Form 2b, Form 3b, and Form 4b. Form 4b isolates busbars, functional starter units, and cable termination boxes from one another, enabling safe live maintenance of individual starter buckets.
Absolutely. We supply motor controllers and energy meters with native Modbus RTU/TCP, BACnet, Profinet, or Ethernet/IP communication ports for seamless SCADA and BMS integration.
