YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy notice

Effective 17 September 2026. This notice explains how Nairobi Power Engineers Ltd uses information submitted through this website.

Information you provide

Project enquiries contain your name, email address, optional phone number, project focus and message. Engineering-update requests contain your email address and consent. Please do not include sensitive personal information in a project brief.

How the information is used

NPE uses project details to respond to your enquiry and discuss the requested work. Update requests are used for the updates you have chosen to receive. Enquiry references help identify repeat submissions without duplicating them.

Storage and access

Submissions are stored in the hosting environment and may be sent to NPE’s sales mailbox. Access is limited to authorised staff and hosting or email providers needed to operate the service. Security controls include server-side validation and submission limits. Technical anti-abuse records are used to protect the enquiry service.

Retention and your choices

Contact NPE to request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent. Records required for ongoing projects or legal obligations may need to be retained. You can stop engineering updates at any time by emailing sales@nairobipower.co.ke.

Cookies and external services

This website does not add advertising trackers. Hosting authentication may use essential cookies on the private review version. Links to WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Google Maps open external services governed by their own notices.
