On-Site Technical Support

Support begins with the evidence you can send quickly: photographs, single-line diagrams, alarm text, equipment data and test readings.

If switchgear is tripping, overheating or visibly damaged, isolate where it is safe to do so and call before re-energising.

What We Cover

  • Remote triage from photographs, SLDs, alarms and readings
  • Site attendance, inspection and protection checks
  • Temporary supply and load transfer advice
  • Spares identification and emergency sourcing

What You Receive

  • Documented observations and recommended next actions
  • Attendance report with cause and corrective actions
  • Spares and follow-up work recommendations
  • Escalation route for repeat or unresolved faults

Information To Get Started

What tripped or failed, and what is currently isolated
Photographs of the board, display and rating plate
Whether load can be transferred or must be restored now
Site contact, access arrangements and permit requirements
Unplanned outage affecting production or occupancy
Overheating, burning smell or arcing noise from a board

Bring the fault history, drawings and operating context together.

Information to send

  • Symptoms, timestamps and alarms
  • Equipment models and previous interventions
  • Location and safe access arrangements

Scope to agree

  • Troubleshooting scope
  • Recorded observations
  • Corrective options and follow-up

What changes the selection?

Equipment duty, installation conditions, available fault current, control interfaces and expansion plans all affect the specification. Agree the required drawings, tests and handover records before placing an order.

Specify the whole working system.

Start with the equipment duty. Add the control, protection and measurement functions that your project needs; these are options to review, not a pre-approved assembly.

Contactors — engineering concept

Contactors

Switch motors or other loads using the appropriate utilisation category.

Confirm: Load type and duty · coil supply · auxiliary contacts.
