ATS/MTS & Standby Power Integration
A transfer system is only dependable if mains failure detection, generator start, stabilisation and load pickup are engineered as one sequence. We install and commission ATS and MTS panels that make the transition invisible to the building.
Where standby plant already exists but changeover is untested or manual-only, we review the sequence, upgrade the controls and prove the result under witnessed load transfer.
What We Cover
ATS/MTS supply and installation up to 2500 A
Generator start, warm-up and cool-down sequencing
Mechanical and electrical interlock verification
Witnessed changeover testing under real load
What You Receive
Tested transfer sequence with timings recorded
Settings schedule for timers and protections
As-built schematics of the transfer scheme
Operating instructions for facilities staff
Information To Get Started
Generator rating and start capability
Loads that must not be interrupted versus shed-able loads
Existing transfer arrangement and its history
Testing windows acceptable on site
Changeover currently relies on someone outside working hours
A generator exists but load pickup has never been tested
Define what must remain powered and how changeover should work.

What changes the selection?
Equipment duty, installation conditions, available fault current, control interfaces and expansion plans all affect the specification. Agree the required drawings, tests and handover records before placing an order.
Start with the equipment duty. Add the control, protection and measurement functions that your project needs; these are options to review, not a pre-approved assembly.
